Pineapple White Wine Sangria

I’ve been crazy for white wine sangrias lately!  Summertime is the perfect time for a frosty alcoholic beverage by the pool, and this Pineapple White Wine Sangria is so refreshing!

It all started a couple of weeks ago with my desire find a good watermelon sangria recipe. I found one, it was awesome – I modified it a bit and loved the way it turned out – Then, I said to myself, “Hmmmm…  I bet I could use this for just about any fruit!”  And you know what?  I could!

Andy just harvested our Pineapple – Allow me to revel in the fact that we grew our own pineapple!

Last night, I served this to Laura and Judy and the results were unanimous – Delish!

Pineapple White Wine Sangria
This Sangria is really refreshing and oh so easy to make! The most important thing to remember is that it tastes best if allowed to rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
